Geo Strategy Partners has broad and deep experience in industrial markets.  We routinely work with manufacturers to research markets and develop go to market strategies. Our extensive research of industrial markets has provided us practical experience and access to decision makers and thought leaders across many products and multiple sectors.  We recognize that manufacturers face challenges that are different from service firms and the go-to-market drivers for industrial products are very different from consumer packaged goods.  For that reason, we rely on experienced consultants to carry out primary research who are conversant in the language of pumps and valves , thermocouples and sensors, turbo compressors and air receivers, pressure vessels and boilers, chemicals and coatings, bearings and lubricants, and on and on. 

Our ability to access decision-makers - whether they be CEO’s in the executive suite or the material engineer buried within a factory’s walls who is responsible for non-destructive testing of a particular automotive part - is critical to our ability to support our industrial clients with clear market insights.  Our understanding of the industrial supply chain is fundamental to our development of successful go-to-market strategies.  However, it is our proven methodologies in research and strategy and how they apply to industrial markets that are most valuable to our manufacturing clients.  We do not try to be experts in our clients’ manufacturing processes; but we do take the time to understand products and applications in order to craft strategies that create loyal customers and analyze industry structure to support a go-to-market strategy.

There are a limited number of research and strategy firms that focus primarily on industrial markets.  There are even less than have the breadth and depth of experience across multiple industrial sectors.  We believe this experience and capability truly differentiates Geo Strategy Partners. While we are not engineers, we do own our own hard hats and steel-toed boots.
