Business challenge: The client witnessed rapid growth in new-construction of special purpose nano-technology in the public sector, but had no visibility of the potential in the private sector.

The Deliverable: A comprehensive report and analysis to determine that the drivers for new lab facility construction in the private sector were very different from the public sector and the opportunities were more limited in the near term and required more sophisticated marketing and business development tactics.

The result: The client avoided chasing a market opportunity that doesn’t exist as perceived and received strategic guidance on how to pursue the opportunities that do exist.
