Our approach: We began with stake holder interviews to fully understand the capabilities, strengths and weaknesses of the client.  We benchmarked to parallel and competitive associations, we conducted 150 qualitative and 800 quantitative interviews.  Based on our research and analysis, we developed a market attractiveness model depicting best markets for best products and services. We also leveraged market insights to create recommendations for go-to-market strategies in the top verticals.

The Deliverable: A comprehensive market attractiveness analysis; detailed value driver analysis to support strategic messaging; and market and competitive forces analysis to support market entry and market penetration strategies.

The result: Decision by the client to de-emphasize one vertical and add an additional vertical that was not in their comprehensive plan. Geo Strategy Partners was asked to provide consulting to formulate and operationalize the strategy following project completion.
